Job Description:

This position, reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Innovation & Transformation (BI&T), is responsible for overseeing the EUC Governance and Strategy program for Wealth National Office and Wealth Operations. The role includes executing the enterprise EUC Governance Mandate and monitoring the implementation of standards across Wealth Operations EUCs (End User Computing) and Alteryx RPAs (Robotic Process Application).


The selected candidate will manage Automation Asset Governance, including enhancing governance frameworks, controls, reporting and testing protocols. The role requires leadership skills within the BI&T team and effective collaboration with members of the Wealth Operational Excellence and Wealth Chassis teams, Operations functional pillar leads, and partners across Wealth Shared Services, Governance and Control, Compliance, Audit, and EUC Governance. All positions in the Operational Excellence and Wealth Chassis Program team are responsible for supporting client and colleague experience.


Success in this role depends on your skill in risk analysis, organization, prioritization, and your ability to build relationships with stakeholders. You will serve as a subject matter expert and ensure strong governance and control.


Key responsibilities:

  • Implement and improve the EUC Framework according to Enterprise EUC Guidelines, and develop a change management and implementation strategy.
  • Fulfill all Enterprise governance requirements, including managing the annual EBoR Attestation Process, completing attestation on schedule, coordinating the Quarterly EBoR Attestation process with Operations pillars, and handling questionnaires such as the Clearview questionnaire and Control Gap Assessments. Update the EUC Inventory regularly to maintain efficient processes. Provide indirect supervision of 1–2 team members to support these responsibilities.
  • Serve as an advisor to internal business partners by identifying requirements, recognizing issues or opportunities, and making recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead, plan, execute, and assess project activities to achieve objectives.
  • Perform duties as a Business Asset Owner (BAO) Delegate.
  • Review and approve risk assessments where applicable, ensuring alignment with risk management practices and obtaining relevant Control Partners (2A) approval when required.
  • Assist in early identification and assessment of risks, controls, and mitigations to meet risk objectives, EUC Governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the main escalation contact for EUC-related Governance and Risk issues.
  • Support all Audit related tasks from Stakeholders
  • Support EUC-related reporting and presentations for Leadership.
  • Remain informed about changes to EUC Enterprise Standards/Requirements and advise the Management team on their potential impact.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in 1B/2A or comparable roles within Business, Governance, Risk, and Controls. Exhibits strong organizational awareness and sensitivity, with a solution-focused approach Internal and the ability to navigate complex structures and make informed decisions often in the face of ambiguous or incomplete information.
  • Proven expertise in assessing and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, requirements, and risk considerations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to compose clear business correspondence, develop effective documents, create impactful presentations, and present to both management and senior leadership.
  • Displays a high level of personal initiative paired with advanced influencing and leadership capabilities.
  • Skilled at distilling complex subjects into accessible summaries.
  • Consistently exercises sound judgment and makes rational assumptions to independently advance projects and initiatives.
