ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 

The Manager, ESP Data Coordination oversees the solicitation and management of product and member demographic data, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional support for supplier members. This role combines a customer-first approach with strong data governance, driving accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives. By anticipating future needs and optimizing processes, the manager fosters innovation, consistency, and operational excellence across ASI’s data management practices.

This position reports to the Assistant Director, Data Management & Optimizations and will collaborate with a team of forward-thinking data and technology professionals within the ESP Information Services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and mentor Data Coordination staff; conduct performance evaluations; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize Operations: Monitor workflows, analyze performance metrics, and implement process enhancements to meet service-level agreements and departmental goals.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Partner with the Assistant Director and Director of Data Management & Optimizations to align departmental objectives with organizational strategy; contribute to best practices for data quality and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain and enforce data governance standards; develop procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and security of product and member demographic data.
  •  Enhance Client Experience: Serve as a trusted advisor to supplier members; resolve escalations promptly; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate data presentation and superior service delivery.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify emerging trends and recommend technology or process improvements to support scalability and efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present reports on data quality, operational performance, and improvement initiatives to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field such as Hospitality Management or Marketing.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations or customer service management work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data, including researching and resolving data discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining customer relationships to enhance service offerings and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (intermediate level or higher).
