Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and implement AUTODOC’s environmental & sustainability strategy across operations.
  • Translate corporate targets into practical site-level actions.
  • Drive environmental management system implementation (ISO 14001).
  • Define environmental standards, procedures and KPIs.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with EU and local environmental regulations.
  • Conduct environmental audits and risk assessments.
  • Lead corrective actions for non-compliance.
  • Act as the central expert for environmental compliance topics.

Sustainability Execution

  • Lead energy efficiency, waste management and emission reduction programs.
  • Implement carbon reduction initiatives across logistics operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in environmental performance.

Reporting & Performance Control

  • Track environmental KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Support ESG and sustainability reporting activities.
  • Maintain legal registers and environmental documentation.

What do we offer?

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Management, Engineering, Sustainability, EHS or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in EHS / Environmental or Sustainability roles in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Solid knowledge of:
    • EU environmental regulations
    • ISO 14001 or environmental management systems
    • Carbon footprinting & energy management
  • Experience with audits, inspections and authority communication.
  • Fluent English.

Preferred

  • Additional certification in EHS / Environmental Management.
  • Experience in multi-site or regional environments.
  • Knowledge of German, Polish or Czech.
  • Experience with ESG or sustainability reporting frameworks.
  • Project management experience in operational rollouts.
