Job Description
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and implement AUTODOC’s environmental & sustainability strategy across operations.
- Translate corporate targets into practical site-level actions.
- Drive environmental management system implementation (ISO 14001).
- Define environmental standards, procedures and KPIs.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with EU and local environmental regulations.
- Conduct environmental audits and risk assessments.
- Lead corrective actions for non-compliance.
- Act as the central expert for environmental compliance topics.
Sustainability Execution
- Lead energy efficiency, waste management and emission reduction programs.
- Implement carbon reduction initiatives across logistics operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in environmental performance.
Reporting & Performance Control
- Track environmental KPIs and performance indicators.
- Support ESG and sustainability reporting activities.
- Maintain legal registers and environmental documentation.
What do we offer?
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Management, Engineering, Sustainability, EHS or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in EHS / Environmental or Sustainability roles in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Solid knowledge of:
- EU environmental regulations
- ISO 14001 or environmental management systems
- Carbon footprinting & energy management
- Experience with audits, inspections and authority communication.
- Fluent English.
Preferred
- Additional certification in EHS / Environmental Management.
- Experience in multi-site or regional environments.
- Knowledge of German, Polish or Czech.
- Experience with ESG or sustainability reporting frameworks.
- Project management experience in operational rollouts.
