As the Spectrum-X Integration Engineering manager, you will lead a team to ensure that the solution's software features are developed, tested and delivered to meet the high standards of our customers. What you'll be doing:
Engaging directly with NVIDIA customers to ensure we are aligned on their networking requirements.
Marshalling a cross-disciplinary team of architects, testers, customer managers, and other software teams to deliver products and features on time.
Defining and reviewing switch architectures and test plans.
Providing expertise on ethernet networking both internally and to customers.
What we need to see:
B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
A strong background in data center network engineering spanning servers, NICs, cabling and switches.
Excellent people-management skills, both for your direct reports and to influence the wider organization, and 2+ years experience as a people manager in a software or network engineering role.
More than 8 years experience in the world of networking products.
Exceptional knowledge of ethernet networking, from switch pipelines (e.g. ACLs, forwarding rules) through networking protocols (like TCP/IP and BGP/EVPN-VxLAN) to network operating systems and their automation.
A strong customer focus and dedication to the success of our Spectrum-X customers.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Have a passion for AI and networking.
Extensive experience of software engineering and the software development lifecycle, ideally as an engineer or engineering manager.
Experience of NVIDIA networking technology such as Bluefield3/ConnectX NICs, Spectrum switches, and the Cumulus Linux and SONiC operating systems.
