Manager, Direct to Fan & Community
 

Position Summary
The Manager, Direct to Fan & Community will lead on deepening the fan relationship between an artist and their audience. You will be responsible for collaborating with artists to bring their community strategy to life. The role will lead on engaging and nurturing artist communities across online platforms, while also fostering strong relationships with our artists and their fans.


Responsibilities

  • Be the connective tissue between artists fan communities and the label team.

  • Work closely with artists and managers to develop community-based strategies in their campaigns.

  • Develop audiences into fans by turning artist discovery into passion.

  • Learn about artist fan bases and what motivates them.

  • Create experiences for artist fans that live both online and in person.

  • Partner with the wider Global Catalog teams on commercialising fandom.

  • Actively seek out opportunities within the evolving tech landscape.

  • Champion collaboration culture with artists and their fans.

  • Continuously evaluate the relationship between an artist and their online community.

  • Build day-to-day working relationships with other label teams to best integrate community initiatives.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key community and entertainment partners

  • Develop community strategies to support the wider artist campaign and drive fan engagement.
