Responsibilities

Program Management

·         Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of key programs in Japan.

·         Ensure programs are aligned with global strategy and local business needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

·         Partner closely with Japan business leadership, global IT, and external vendors.

·         Manage communication and expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.

Risk & Issue Management

·         Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early; implement mitigation plans.

·         Escalate issues with transparency and propose solutions.

Financial & Resource Management

·         Track program budgets and resources.

·         Optimize allocation of project teams and vendor support.

Change Management & Adoption

·         Support business readiness and adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.

·         Deliver training, communications, and change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.

Performance Tracking

·         Define and monitor KPIs for program success.

·         Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior leadership.

【業務内容】

30%:Program Planning & Governance

Define scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets for Japan technology and digital programs. Establish governance frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency.

20%:Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with global and local teams across retail, eCommerce, supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure alignment and smooth program execution.

20%:Project Delivery & Execution

Drive delivery of initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

15%:Team Management & Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop Japan-based technology teams. Allocate resources effectively, foster collaboration, and build strong capabilities.

10%:Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

Act as the bridge between Japan business leaders and global program teams; provide regular updates, insights, and status reports to leadership.

5%:Continuous Improvement & Change Management

Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes, adopt best practices, and manage organizational change to ensure adoption of new solutions.
