The Crown Is Yours

As a Coaching Excellence Manager at DraftKings, you will design and lead scalable coaching systems that elevate performance across our Customer Experience, Risk, and VIP teams. You will combine analytics, storytelling, and change management to create coaching playbooks, facilitate high-energy workshops, and introduce AI-enhanced programs that drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for a consultative leader who builds systems rather than one-off solutions, influences across teams, and thrives on shaping how our leaders learn and coach every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross-vertical coaching programs that establish consistent standards and best practices across DraftKings’ frontline and partner teams.

  • Strengthen the quality of coaching by refining frameworks, improving calibration health, and building a culture centered on feedback and development.

  • Design and scale AI-powered coaching initiatives with prompt libraries, workflows, and guardrails that deliver measurable performance outcomes.

  • Facilitate learning experiences for Team Leads and Managers that connect data, practice, and real-world application through reusable playbooks and toolkits.

  • Create clear, data-driven narratives and executive-ready presentations that link coaching maturity to key business results.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 to 4 years of experience leading teams of individual contributors or managers.

  • 4 or more years in performance coaching, quality assurance, or enablement within high-volume operations such as Customer Experience or Risk.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends, connect insights to action, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • Exceptional storytelling and facilitation skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations and leadership workshops.

  • Proven ability to design scalable systems, align cross-functional partners, and build repeatable coaching processes.

  • Experience with AI coaching tools or MaestroQA is a plus.

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree or coaching certification is preferred.
