現在、GLGの東京オフィスでは、クライアントに対するサービスを提供するチームを率いるマネージャーを募集しています。本チームは、エキスパートインタビューを中心に、GLGのクライアントに対して価値の高いサービスの提供、管理を行います。

マネージャーは、クライアントソリューションズのチームのリーダーとして、優れたクライアントサービスの提供、人材育成、品質基準の担保に重要な役割を持ちます。また、世界各国のクライアントソリューションズチームと連携し、プロジェクト推進をサポートする役割も担います。

主な職務内容

  • 4〜6名のチームを率い、質の高いサービスを提供し、売り上げの目標を達成する
  • チームメンバーの育成（コーチング、フィードバック、パフォーマンスマネジメント）
  • チームメンバーのプロジェクトのサポート（スコーピング、リソース配分、課題解決等）
  • チームのリソース管理と、プロジェクトの配分の最適化
  • アカウントごとの戦略の策定、および、実行

 

応募要件（必須）

  • B2Bサービス、営業分野での実務経験：4〜5年以上
  • 3名以上のチームを率いたマネジメント経験：2〜3年以上
  • B2Bサービスの分野での、モチベーションの高い、ハイパフォーマンスなチームを構築した実績
  • 一流大学での学士号または大学院修了
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力（口頭・文書・プレゼンテーションいずれも）
  • スピードが求められる環境での業務経験と実績
  • 成長志向、課題解決能力、実行力に優れた方
  • 自ら責任を持ち、チームを率いて成果を出すリーダーシップ
  • 様々なタイプのクライアントの違いの理解と、あらゆる業界への関心
