Forter

Manager, Campaign Operations

United States - New York Full Time

About the role:

Forter is seeking a Manager, Campaign Operations to join our high-performing Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you’ll play a critical role in building and scaling programs that drive new business and upsell pipeline across global markets.

You’ll manage a full-time Campaign Operations Associate and work closely with the Regional Demand Generation Managers to stand up integrated, multi-channel campaigns targeting both C-level and operational-level audiences. This is a role for someone who loves the intersection of strategy, process, and technology — someone who thrives on making complex campaign operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Creative, Product Marketing, Events, Partner Marketing, and Operations to ensure campaigns are well-orchestrated, data-driven, and impactful. You’re target-driven, and your work will be measured in terms of demand gen team attainment against pipeline and bookings targets.

The ideal candidate is analytical, deeply organized, curious about automation and AI, and passionate about helping a fast-scaling SaaS company accelerate growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with regional Demand Gen Managers to plan and execute account-based, multi-channel campaigns targeting executive and operational personas, fuelling both new business and expansion pipeline.
  • Oversee campaign execution and tracking, ensuring effective setup, targeting, and performance measurement.
  • Manage and mentor a Campaign Operations Associate, providing direction, prioritization, and professional development, and manage contractor output as required.
  • Own campaign processes and infrastructure, continuously improving workflows, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
  • Use and optimize key marketing systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms to track, measure, and report campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g. Glean, Tofu HQ, Gemini, Clay) to increase campaign efficiency, personalization, and scalability.
  • Analyze and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experiment and iterate, bringing fresh ideas for improving audience segmentation, channel mix, and campaign orchestration.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in building and executing account-based, multi-channel digital campaigns targeting multiple personas and buying groups.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Linkedin and Google Ads, and Google Analytics (experience with Qlik, Glean, or Tofu HQ a plus).
  • Has used data-driven approaches to testing, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • An ability to successfully drive projects forward by managing multiple stakeholders, competing interests, and deadlines.
  • Experience developing and refining marketing processes and automation frameworks.
  • Comfortable experimenting with and adopting AI tools to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Clear, confident communication and collaboration skills — able to bridge technical and creative teams effectively.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and loves solving problems with data and technology.
