Key Responsibilities:
• Business planning and analysis of performance, achievement to targets and gap closure plans
• Inventory planning informed by data and analysis, maintain forward-looking forecast view for internal consumption
• Supporting B2B eCommerce sales agents with deal structures for customer negotiations and performing the related operational tasks to set up the deals and facilitate customer orders
• P&L analysis of price, promotion and deal planning to drive profitable growth KPI
• Maintain product portfolio list and relevant mapping documentation to support sales and website operations
• Work with promotion planning and merchandising roles to ensure effective planning, communication and target achievement
• Work in operational tools to set up inventory, pricing and other activities
• Support daily operations maintenance, liaising with product, engineering, customer service, fulfillment, etc. teams on issue resolution and task achievement
• Reporting and insights to drive optimizations, sales and business growth
• Identify process/platform improvement opportunities and engage with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new solutions
• Drive B2B category strategy/execution and website/sales operations based on business priorities, building positive relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to support success
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in eCommerce management or related field
• Data-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, self-motivated and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Ecommerce platform and catalog management required
• Demonstrated ability to work with numbers, financials, P&L and various datasets
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, data stitching and mathematical analysis
• Strong understanding of current technologies and systems that support the digital ecosystem
• Strong project or program management experience with attention to documentation, tracking and details
• Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results
• Strong customer-centric focus/ability to anticipate and react to user needs
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results
• Demonstration of innovation and initiative; always looking at improving the customer experience and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessary
• Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, partners, ecosystem and operations

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $147,000 and $181,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
