Define and implement exceptional solutions to enhance customer digital experiences at Adobe.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor pre-sales technical staff, providing support for complex product and application solutions.
  • Coordinate and provide pre-sales technical support during sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product managers to define new products and their market strategies.
  • Conduct product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts alongside sales representatives.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a passionate leader with a deep understanding of the CMS space, both from an Experience Management and Digital Asset Management perspective.
  • Ability to articulate industry trends and competitor threats, working closely with PM and PMM teams.
  • Strong ability to cultivate positive relationships within the ecosystem to achieve organizational agreement on new features and clarity on team support.
  • Ability to stay aligned with deal lines and maintain regular communication with customers in the field.
  • Ensure direct reports have meaningful work and contribute to scalable knowledge transfer within the organization.
  • Suggest and own scalable process management, including the creation of beneficial material for the organization.
  • Exhibit timely communication and act with urgency, while maintaining the ability to prioritize work and deliverables appropriately.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $212,000 -- $368,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
