We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Assistant in Global Brand, Marketing & Communications. In this role, you will work closely with our management team to ensure that the day-to-day operations of our business run smoothly and efficiently.

The Team

As a management assistant you support several Leads in the MT Global Brand, Marketing & Communications. You are part of the Business Management & Support team and you work closely with the other two management assistants in the HQ team. You work for several Leads and you replace each other within the secretariat. Your main responsibilities will be calendar management and planning and organising and ensuring that the Leads are well prepared for the variety of daily activities including travel. You also have an administrative role in, for example, Workday processes, e-profit and Ibuy.

We are looking for a team member with the following knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in office management or secretarial education

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
