The Opportunity
As part of the Technical Support Analyst team you are expected to perform statistical tests on large datasets and evaluate system performance. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. You are expected to gather data, report findings to management, and adhere to industry standard practices in data analysis.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems preferred
- Performing statistical tests on large datasets
- Evaluating system performance and design
- Running data queries and cleaning data
- Reporting data analysis findings
- Documenting processes and maintaining data records
- Performing triage and resolving tickets
- Implementing permanent solutions through RCA
- Reviewing and improving existing solutions

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
