Job Overview: An Initiative Leader at Band 1 level is responsible for participating in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance. They focus on specific tasks within a brand, channel, line, category, or team with clearly defined objectives.

  • Capability to work under direct supervision and follow established guidelines and practices.
  • Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements.

Soft Skills:

  • Eagerness to develop basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in a collaborative team environment is a plus.
