WinnCompanies is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician I to join our team at AP Lofts, a 147-unit affordable housing community located in Buffalo, NY.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
The pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour dependent on experience. The selected candidate will also adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Sunday, from 8:00AM - 4:30PM with a rotational on-call one week on two weeks off.
