As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to a Process Execution Team Maintenance Facilitator, you'll support the Formulation Filling, Packaging, or Facilities Departments by providing technical and operational expertise. Your role will involve troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance for equipment used in various environments, from unclassified areas to Grade A aseptic settings. You'll be a hands-on expert, setting up, operating, and maintaining key equipment while contributing to continuous improvement and equipment upgrade projects. Accountabilities

- Perform work requirements responsibly, adhering to SOPs, cGMPs, and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and perform maintenance on production and utility equipment efficiently.
- Complete documentation and work order system functions in compliance with cGMPs.
- Maintain records and logs as required for job responsibilities.
- Support business needs with overtime as necessary; emergency overtime may be required.
- Work with minimal supervision under the direction of the Maintenance Facilitator.
- Use testing tools and equipment for efficient maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Set up equipment and perform adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
- Provide training to technicians for equipment setup and minor repairs.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques for equipment repairs.
- Ensure OEE performance of all equipment and systems within the assigned area.
- Maintain compliance with MRO procedures and inventory control.
- Serve as a project resource for engineering/validation activities.
- Maintain Aseptic Processing and Gowning certifications.
- Interface with operations employees and vendors for equipment service contracts.
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain a cGMP environment.
- Conduct 5S activities and maintain organization of operating areas.
- Use and troubleshoot Systech products consistent with training.

Essential Skills/Experience

- High school graduate, vocational school graduate or equivalent

- 0-3yrs of experience
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Technical School or Trade Certification
- Apprenticeship in a formal (trade mechanical)
- SAP – UniSeries Fundamentals Training Level or higher
