WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor II to join our team at Chestnut Farm, a 240-unit residential community located in Raynham, MA.
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the property supervising maintenance staff at the property and perform maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will also ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $35.00 to $37.00 per hour. Final salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
The selected candidate will also adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM, with rotating on-call duty every 2 weeks and a stipend provided during designated on-call periods.
