WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor I to join our team at Hillside Park, a 94-unit residential community located in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the property, supervise maintenance staff, and perform maintenance functions.
The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a rotational on-call schedule every 2 weeks. Please note that the pay range for this position is $24.00 to $27.00 per hour. Final salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
