Purpose
Maintenance Manager is responsible for timely maintenance / calibration activities and to ensure uninterrupted supply of product.
To ensure validation activities are conducted timely and also to comply with QMS, GMP & EHS standards, execution of OEE & process improvements projects and to manage site R&M and engineering OPEX cost heads.
Education, Experience & Skills
B.E/ B.S - Electronics /Electrical / Mechanical/ Computer Science
5-7-year managerial experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Leadership strength, coupled with an ability to translate vision into action plans and then take responsibility for delivery.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
To organize Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plan in Coordination with planning and production departments for the preventive Maintenance of all the equipment’s and machines in department.
Reduce and control over heads in shape of late hours working, high repair and Maintenance cost, and controlling number of workers in a job.
Plan and manage the corrective and routine maintenances.
Ordering of local and imported machine spare parts to ensure timely availability of parts in engineering stores which can be used in case of machine breakdown.
Implementation With effective routine/ breakdown, predictive and preventive maintenances implementation for department machines and equipment, and minimum interruption due to machine / equipment failure, thereby achieving ASP.
Correspond with procurement and venders for fabrication, upgrading and spare pads purchase.
Cascade the training of world class maintenance down the line and support team to adopt the new concepts of maintenance.
Execution of Validation activities including CSV (computer system validation) of all equipment’s and machine in department as well as perform validation documentation of all department machines and equipment.
Ensure the QMS, GMP, GES, ES & EHS compliances
Ensure that the requirements of TP-13 are fulfilled in the concerned area.
