Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) Program Integrator (PI). In this position you will be a key member of the program leadership team in managing overall program execution of our current portfolio and supporting the growth and strategy initiatives. You will be working closely with, and influence the LTAMDS Product Line, functional team members, and other program office teammates. You will assist with providing tactical directions for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management.

What You Will Do:

  • Development of internal and external executive communications in support of effective customer messaging and employee engagement
  • Coordination of events, site visits and customer engagements
  • Ownership of multiple projects while simultaneously interacting with and relating to varied groups of people and internal/external customers
  • Manages program staffing, to include tracking of labor actuals and collaborating with functional managers to address staffing needs
  • Commitment to travel to participate in domestic and international business engagements with customers, partners and teammates
  • Facilitation of organizational goal development within CORE operating system
  • Development of executive level presentations and mission area data to support LTAMDS/GE, LADS and RTX Corporate internal reviews, customer meetings, and customer briefing
  • Develop and execute portfolio area goals and initiatives
  • Facilitation of Engineering and Facilities capital planning to ensure mission area investments are aligned with the priorities in the Long-Range Plan
  • Management of indirect budget associated with employee recognition
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 10 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years of experience
  • Experience as a Program Manager
  • Experience in one or more of the following functions: Engineering, Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain
  • Experience with program management tools and processes such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and/or Risk and Opportunity

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to operate independently to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources (through influence) to move initiatives forward
  • Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management
  • Prior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry, including balancing cost, schedule, and technical constraints to achieve positive program outcomes
  • Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
