THE JOB:
As a Lounge Server at Pinky Ring & The Vault, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently expedite guests' drink orders while providing exceptional beverage and bus service. You will play a crucial role in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience, with all duties executed in alignment with departmental and company policies and procedures. THE STARTING RATE: $14.5047 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required
