Responsabilities
- Design and implement solutions to simplify and standardize logistics processes across multiple countries.
- Integrate existing manual controls into unified systems to improve visibility and reduce errors.
- Develop and maintain process flows that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Drive productivity improvements through continuous monitoring and deployment of best practices.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of standardized procedures.
- Provide clear performance insights to support decision-making and cost optimization.
- Lead training and change management initiatives to embed new processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations or process improvement roles.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation processes, including control systems.
- Proven ability to implement process standardization and productivity initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (preferred).

- Process Standardization: 100% implementation of defined workflows across regions.
- Control Integration: Successful migration of manual controls to standardized systems within agreed timelines.
