We are looking for an experienced professional to lead two key departments – Production Planning and Logistics – while also fostering the development and motivation of all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the production planning department and coordinating with both sales and manufacturing teams
Leading the logistics department, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards
Coordinating inbound material deliveries from the parent company
Planning and monitoring inventory levels (GIT, RM, WIP, GWFS) and reporting key performance indicators
Organizing and coordinating outbound shipments, including customer communication and port logistics
Overseeing product packaging, loading and unloading processes
Managing import and export operations, including customs declarations
Preparing long-term forecasts and strategic plans
Reporting directly to the General Manager
This position requires a university degree and proven experience in leading teams within production planning or logistics – ideally both. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to make independent decisions. Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, M3 Infor, Power BI, etc.) and a solid understanding of applicable logistics regulations.
