The Locker Room & Pool Area Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the staff and day-to-day operations mainly of the women’s locker facilities, pool areas, and adjacent member amenity spaces at CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club’s clubhouse. This role ensures that these areas are impeccably maintained, safely operated, and deliver a personalized, premium service experience to members and their guests. The ideal candidate is attentive, proactive, and skilled in both service delivery and team leadership, with the ability to create an inviting, efficient, and well-presented environment.

What you will do?

  • Coordinate all support areas including locker rooms, pool deck, saunas, showers, restrooms, and amenity stations.
  • Ensure consistent availability and presentation of towels, beverages, linens, toiletries, robes, slippers, and poolside amenities.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of lounges, changing areas, and storage spaces.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for locker and pool areas, ensuring safety and security.
  • Monitor pool operations and liaise with maintenance for water quality, repairs, and compliance.
  • Manage daily inventory controls for linens, amenities, beverages, and supplies, including transfers.
  • Plan and coordinate seasonal service schedules and staffing calendars.
  • Welcome and assist members and guests with personalized, discreet, and attentive service.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations through regular inspections.
  • Liaise with Facilities and Maintenance teams regarding repairs, safety hazards, and operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility checks, amenity stocks, and safety inspections.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury hospitality, guest services, or club/resort facility experience (locker room, pool, spa, or concierge experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience in luxury club, hospitality, or resort settings preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of learning club management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Fully fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Professional appearance and service-minded demeanor.
