Job Description

主要工作职责

项目管理

¡   执行区域活动项目，推动区域产品信息的传递与市场声音。

¡   对接中央市场调查、及活动项目并给予销售培训和指导

¡   协助沟通区域列名，医保等政府事务

¡   监控主要市场活动的投入产出情况，管理预算，准备并提供行业市场数据的处理及分析

¡   建立和及时更新准确的KOL客户资料,并进行KOL的管理

¡   定期分析区域情况,确立潜在客户作为区域发展的重点

¡   收集了解竞争产品及竞争对手的活动,收集竞争者的市场资讯,及时反映给上级主管,并提供相应意见

产品知识

¡   掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识，确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致

¡   通过不断学习,熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用。

¡   充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,推动项目进行。

¡   阅读与产品有关的各类医学杂志,文章与报告

¡   了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识

职业操守 

¡   良好的沟通、协调能力，表达能力强，突出的执行能力，严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度，确保自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则

¡   保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准，言行举止符合公司要求
