Job Description Summary

The Lifestyle Coordinator serves as the face of the property, delivering exceptional hospitality, creative programming, and a strong sense of community for residents, tenants, guests, and partners. This role goes beyond traditional resident services—bringing energy, innovation, and connection to daily life at the property.


The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for curating engaging tenant events and activations, fostering partnerships with local Frisco businesses and organizations, and ensuring seamless communication with residents and tenants regarding updates, amenities, and community offerings. By blending customer service with creativity, the Lifestyle Coordinator helps define the unique live-work-play experience at the property.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Community Engagement & Partnerships: Build relationships with local businesses, cultural organizations, and service providers to create collaborative partnerships and bring meaningful experiences to the property.

  • Event Planning & Activations: Develop, organize, and execute lifestyle programming such as social gatherings, wellness initiatives, cultural events, seasonal activations, and signature tenant experiences.

  • Resident & Tenant Communication: Serve as a key point of contact to share updates, promote events, and provide resources that connect residents and tenants with the property and each other.

  • Hospitality & Concierge Services: Deliver a warm, welcoming environment for residents, prospective residents, visitors, and vendors by anticipating needs and providing thoughtful, high-level service.

  • Creative Programming: Ideate and implement innovative lifestyle offerings that reflect the character of the property and enhance daily life for tenants and residents.

  • Community Identity: Promote a strong sense of belonging by connecting residents and tenants with one another and fostering a vibrant property culture.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with property management, marketing, and operations teams to align programming, communications, and activations with broader goals.

  • Provide resources to residents and an open and welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors.

  • Acquire a broad knowledge of the community and the surrounding area.

  • Assess needs of residents and provide them with the appropriate provider and community resources.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $23.80 - $28.00
