We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support the design, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs that guide patients through their Prenuvo journey — from booking and scanning to long-term preventive health engagement. This role helps drive patient engagement, retention, and repeat scans through coordinated multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.

What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution
- Build and launch email, SMS, and push campaigns using the lifecycle marketing platform (e.g., Braze, Iterable, or similar).
- Manage recurring and triggered journeys based on patient milestones and lifecycle events.
- Ensure content accuracy, personalization, and alignment with brand and clinical guidelines.
Testing & Optimization
- Support the setup and execution of A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion.
- Track and analyze performance metrics; share insights and recommend next steps for iteration.
Segmentation & Targeting
- Use available data to segment audiences by lifecycle stage, engagement level, and behavior.
- Maintain accurate audience lists and support data hygiene across CRM systems.
Analytics & Reporting
- Assist in compiling reports and dashboards on campaign performance, engagement trends, and retention metrics.
- Help identify opportunities for optimization across the funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Brand, Product, Data, and Clinic Operations teams to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance on opt-ins, deliverability, and privacy best practices.
Outcomes You Support

What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing (preferably in a data-driven or regulated environment).
- Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in one or more lifecycle marketing tools (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and customer journey principles.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Looker, Amplitude, or equivalent) and ability to interpret engagement data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks like CAN-SPAM, CASL, and TCPA.
- Healthcare or technology industry experience a plus.

- The base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 - $120,000 in local currency, depending upon experience and geographic location
