About the Role
The Life Sciences Implementation Manager will manage the delivery of complex implementations for LexisNexis Life Sciences customers to ensure contracted deliverables, performance objectives, and compliance requirements are achieved. Leads end-to-end solution deployments including project scoping, process mapping, configuration, training, validation, and integration of LexisNexis solutions into clients’ existing regulatory and quality ecosystems.
This role focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device customers, with particular responsibility for large, global medical device implementations requiring GxP validation, data integrity assurance, and API-based integrations. The Implementation Manager ensures that client systems and LexisNexis solutions interoperate seamlessly to support compliant labeling, regulatory submissions, and product lifecycle management.
Requirements
Experience leading enterprise software implementations in the Life Sciences industry.
Proven track record implementing or integrating regulated systems such as RIMS, QMS, PLM, ERP, or labeling management tools.Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable validation/compliance certifications (e.g., CSV).
Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
Manage full lifecycle implementation projects — from requirements definition and scoping to validation, go-live, and post-deployment support — ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
Life Sciences Expertise:
Apply deep understanding of regulated Life Sciences business processes, including regulatory submissions, labeling management, product registration, quality event handling, and device master record maintenance.
Systems Integration:
Design and oversee integrations between LexisNexis solutions and customer enterprise systems such as RIMS, QMS, LIMS, PLM, ERP, and Supply Chain platforms, using APIs or middleware to ensure accurate and compliant data exchange.
GxP Validation Oversight:
Lead validation strategy and execution, including requirements definition, risk assessments, and authoring/review of validation deliverables (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ). Ensure full traceability and adherence to regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485).
Client Process Mapping & Optimization:
Collaborate with client process owners to document and optimize end-to-end workflows that integrate regulatory, labeling, and quality data flows, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
Training & Change Management:
Oversee the planning and delivery of customer training programs, including system onboarding, validation workshops, and best practice sessions for regulatory and quality teams.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary customer contact during implementation, managing expectations, risks, and communications across both client and LexisNexis teams.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the development of reusable implementation frameworks, validation templates, and integration patterns to accelerate future deployments and maintain consistency across clients.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $93,400 - $155,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in New York, the pay range is $102,800 - $171,300. If performed in New York City, the pay range is $107,400 - $179,100. If performed in Rochester, NY, the pay range is $88,700 - $147,900. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
