Daily challenges

• Provide legal advice to business stakeholders, including analyzing, drafting and reviewing IT contracts;
• Lead and participate in legal and commercial client negotiations;
• Adhere internal deal governance procedures;
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and procedures;
• Consult on general IT industry specifics.

eXperience and skills required

• Degree in Law obtained in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
• Fluency in both German and English language;
• 3 years of experience working with various business units across the corporate structure on a regional and global scale shall be considered an advantage;
• Understanding of the major contractual and commercial elements of an IT contract;
• Strong legal and commercial reasoning capacity, as well as teamwork abilities and commitment;
