Our international teams are driven by a shared purpose: to empower students to embrace change, unlock their potential, and shape a world without borders.

- Managing contract lifecycle processes and contributing to ongoing optimisation of workflows and templates.
- Overseeing disputes, conflicts, and employment-related matters in cooperation with our People team.
- Supporting the Group Compliance function and the Data Protection Officer, including assistance with internal policy frameworks, compliance training, risk assessments, reporting processes, GDPR alignment, and general advisory on data protection matters.
- Selecting, instructing, and managing external counsel when specialised expertise is required.
- Monitoring relevant legal and regulatory developments and translating these into practical guidance for the business.
Your team
As Legal Counsel, you will be part of the Finance team, working closely with our Director of Finance and collaborating across the organisation. You will partner with teams such as Product, Operations, Commercial, and People, ensuring that legal and compliance considerations are embedded in key initiatives and day-to-day decision-making.
