Your new role:
As a Learning Program Manager, you’ll lead the design, setup, and delivery bespoke learning initiatives that build capability, drive performance, and support AUSPAC’s strategic transformation agenda. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, Instructional designer, and cross-functional teams to ensure learning programs are impactful, modern, and aligned with our Modernisation outcomes.

You are a strategic thinker and learning leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring proven experience in program or project management within L&D or capability development, strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, and a deep familiarity with contemporary learning modalities and digital tools. You’re passionate about designing learning that drives performance and growth and have a track record of delivering measurable impact through enterprise-wide programs.
