P&C Learning Excellence actively participates to the Sanofi’s learning transformation, is in charge of the governance of learning operations. The Learning Portfolio Management Partner will be a critical enabler of the global learning processes implementation and will drive the cross-functional learning portfolio across transversal entities such as P&C, Global Learning Services, GTMC, Quality.

 

About the job

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with extensive experience in cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in learning environment, will be able to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, find compromises, and make sound decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and maintain the learning portfolio across all Learning segments, incorporating input from Learning functions and geographies.

  • Implement and lead portfolio management processes and forums to monitor the execution of the centralized Learning Portfolio.

  • Assess the quality, value, and effectiveness of the Learning Portfolio in alignment with global learning standards and drive continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate business reviews and develop dashboards to support decision-making.

  • Ensure effective prioritization by evaluating impact, effort, risk, timelines, resources, and budget.

  • Contribute to the learning sourcing and consumption policy, in collaboration with the Learning Standards & Processes Partner and the Heads of Global Learning Services.

  • Ensure adherence to global learning standards in the project management of learning programs.

 

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in cross-functional project management with international exposure.

  • Experience in a learning environment is desirable.

  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic settings, manage multiple priorities, define planning and deliverables, monitor execution.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver programs within a cross-functional organization, adapt to ambiguity, and foster collaborative relationships.

  • Experience working successfully in multicultural teams and building strong relationships with key local and global stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to clearly articulate key messages to diverse audiences.

  • Effective time management and task coordination skills, with the ability to work across time zones in an international environment.

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • L&D Policies, Standards, and Procedures: Knowledge of and ability to use industry and organization standards, procedures, and policies relevant to staff learning and development

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design and learning technology.
