What you’ll do as a Learning & Organizational Development Partner, you will design and deliver transformative leadership development programs that strengthen individual and organizational capabilities. You’ll consult with internal stakeholders, lead organizational development initiatives, and create blended learning solutions that inspire growth and engagement. Your work will directly impact leadership effectiveness, talent retention, and the overall success of our Human Capital Strategy.

What you bring to the role

  • Around 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years focused on leadership and executive development programs.
  • Proven ability to manage leadership development initiatives, from design to evaluation, including blended learning and innovative approaches.
  • Professional certifications in leadership facilitation (e.g., DDI, FranklinCovey, Blanchard) are highly valued.
  • Expertise in organizational development, change management, and performance management processes.
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as MS Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning design software.
