We are seeking a dynamic and creative Learning & Development Specialist to join our global team. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in designing impactful learning experiences across our international workforce. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with diverse teams, and is passionate about driving learning culture and capability development.
What You Will Be Doing:
- LMS Management & Content Creation: Oversee our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with business goals. Design and develop engaging learning content and digital resources.
- Learning Design: Create visually compelling presentations and workshop materials that enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Collaboration with SMEs: Partner with subject matter experts across the business to co-create and refine eLearning modules and training content.
- Talent Management Administration: Support Talent Management initiatives through activities such as managing the L&D calendar, coordinating communications, maintaining learning materials, and supporting the delivery of development programs.
- Global Onboarding Initiative: Developing key components of the onboarding experience to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Who We Are Looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related HR role.
- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for building strong working relationships.
- Experience in instructional design.
- High level of proficiency in M365 with Copilot.
