工作职责:

  • 定期根据集团“培训水平标准”考核酒店的培训状况及成果。
  • 与质检经理合作,以员工的实际工作表现与标准之间的差距为基准来进行培训需求分析。
  • 确保给员工提供必修培训课程,并确保员工按照政策完成该课程。
  • 协助人力资源与企业文化总监及策划委员会开展以下领导力培训。
  • 宣传推广培训课程及其他学习项目。
  • 组织管理培训生项目的甄选,并根据标准,与策划委员及部门经理合作以确保管该项目的顺利开展及完成。
  • 与质检经理合作开展“部门培训员”项目,指导部门培训员使其适应并胜任该工作职责。
  • 制定年度培训预算,并确保所有的培训课程、学习项目及资源都参照预算进行。
  • 按照分析的培训需求来制定月度、季度及年培训计划并及时与酒店各个部门分享。
  • 负责协调及安排员工店内及店外的交叉培训。

工作要求:

  • 两年以上培训相关工作经验。
  • 具备成人培训技巧或在类似职位的工作经验。
  • 有管理多元化团队的经验。
  • 有酒店运营部门工作经验优先。

We are looking for Learning and Development Manager who is passionate about work and loves the position they take on.

Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou occupies the top 30 floors of the main tower of Guangzhou International Finance Center, standing by the scenic Pearl River. The hotel features 344 luxurious guest rooms and suites. Through the full-panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in each room, guests can enjoy a sweeping view of the city skyline, feeling as if they are "above the clouds". It has 7 F&B outlets in total, including one Michelin One-Star Chinese restaurant and one Michelin-recommended restaurant. It is a stylish gathering spot in the city for exquisite food and wine, perfect service, and a vibrant social atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Benchmark the learning function with Corporate Learning Success Levels regularly.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance Manager to determine performance gaps and conduct learning needs analysis on the regular basis.
  • Ensure all compulsory training programs are conducted according to corporate policy.
  • Assist Director of P&C and Plan Committee in conducting leadership competency trainings.
  • Market the learning function’s programs and initiatives.
  • Organize Manager in Training (MIT) Program selection and coordinate with PCs and department heads to ensure the program takes place as per the standards.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance Manager to coach and develop Designated Trainers (DT) in their role and responsibilities.
  • Create and adhere to an annual budget for all training programs, initiatives, and learning resources.
  • Prepare and produce monthly, quarterly and yearly training calendars that reflect performance gaps and learning needs.
  • Responsible for external cross training coordination.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in learning & development function. Experienced in adult learning or a similar environment.
  • Experienced in managing diverse cultures.
  • Experience in hotel operation is preferred.
