What You Can Expect

As a Learning and Development Intern, you will support the development, delivery and/or evaluation of varying initiatives across the L&D organization. Exact projects will depend on business priorities next summer, but may include:

  • Supporting the design or refresh of leadership development programs, mentoring initiatives, or new-hire onboarding for new graduate hires.
  • Assisting with change management efforts tied to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Supporting measurement and evaluation efforts to determine the impact of our programs (e.g., feedback surveys, survey analysis, participant interviews, data summarization, etc.). This will involve the design and creation of surveys using SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms or other survey tools; analysis of data; and creation of summary reports that highlight findings and recommendations.
  • Providing operational and logistics support to different programs, such as New Graduate Accelerator Program, Mentoring Marketplace, and 360 Feedback Program.
  • Conducting research or benchmarking to identify best practices in AI adoption.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt in fast-changing environments
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

20 - 40, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
