QBE is offering an exciting opportunity for a Learning Content Development Senior Lead to join our AUSPAC Modernisation Capability team. This role is central to our transformation journey, where learning is a key enabler of performance uplift and future readiness.
Your new role:
As a Learning Content Development Senior Lead, you will work closely with the Learning Program Manager to support the AUSPAC Modernisation Capability team to procure, design, curate, and source high-quality learning content that enhances employee skills and capabilities, aligned to QBE’s modernisation agenda. You’ll lead the development of innovative, scalable learning solutions that support transformation and uplift across the region.

You are not just an instructional designer and know how to bring learning to life. You’ll be a self-managed professional who knows what needs to be done and gets it done. Drawing on your prior experience, you’ll confidently lead the development of digital learning solutions that are not only engaging but also deliver measurable impact.
You’ll be trusted to work independently and collaboratively, navigating complexity with ease and clarity. Your ability to connect learning design with business outcomes, particularly return on investment (ROI), will be key to your success.
