So what does a Learning and Experience Manager do:

  • As a Learning Experience Manager, you'll oversee the TaskUs training department's initiatives and training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.

  • Meet and exceed LX targets and milestones

  • Responsibilities include creating and maintaining training materials, designing engaging and technical campaign-specific training, and acting as an in-house training expert.

  • You'll ensure alignment with campaign and business objectives, proactively assess departmental needs, and develop training materials accordingly.

  • Propose and publish an annual training calendar with quarterly objectives.

  • Plan training policies, programs, testing tools, and systems to maintain quality standards.

  • Collaborate with teams and communicate with Operations Directors, Managers, and global counterparts.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.

  • Proven BPO experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

  • People management skills.

  • Ability to multitask, be independent, and oversee projects.

  • Proficiency in using Google and MS Office applications.

  • Flexibility with working hours and schedule.
