So what does a Learning and Experience Manager do:
As a Learning Experience Manager, you'll oversee the TaskUs training department's initiatives and training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.
Meet and exceed LX targets and milestones
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining training materials, designing engaging and technical campaign-specific training, and acting as an in-house training expert.
You'll ensure alignment with campaign and business objectives, proactively assess departmental needs, and develop training materials accordingly.
Propose and publish an annual training calendar with quarterly objectives.
Plan training policies, programs, testing tools, and systems to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with teams and communicate with Operations Directors, Managers, and global counterparts.
Qualifications:
1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.
Proven BPO experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
People management skills.
Ability to multitask, be independent, and oversee projects.
Proficiency in using Google and MS Office applications.
Flexibility with working hours and schedule.
