Are you passionate about Lean methodologies and continuous improvement? As a Lean Practitioner, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming our operations across Germany and beyond. Reporting to the EMEA Lean Leader, you’ll lead impactful problem-solving initiatives, coach teams, and foster a culture of Lean thinking that supports our long-term strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving engagements across the region.

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable improvement plans.

  • Facilitate clear communication between leadership and stakeholders.

  • Promote Lean principles and embed continuous improvement across all levels.

  • Identify risks and opportunities to enhance operational sustainability.

  • Coach Lean Practitioners, Process Owners, and leaders to build CI capabilities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Partner with local leadership to implement process improvements.

  • Mentor project leaders to accelerate results and foster a CI mindset.

  • Drive process standardization and improvement initiatives.

  • Design, host and deliver hands-on Lean training and Kaizen workshops.

  • Share best practices and introduce innovative CI tools and methods.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.

  • Proven track record in leading transformation projects with measurable outcomes.

  • Strong leadership and change management skills.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.

  • Strategic mindset with analytical and systems-thinking skills.

  • Experience in coaching Lean/Six Sigma tools and methods.

  • Business fluency in German and English.

Travel Requirements


This role requires frequent travel (approx. 50–75%) across Germany and occasionally within the region to support local teams and initiatives.
