Purpose of the Role
As a Leadless Clinical Specialist, you will serve as the field expert for Abbott’s leadless cardiac technologies. You will provide procedural, technical, clinical, educational, and sales support to ensure the safe adoption and growth of leadless therapy. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive therapy adoption and procedural success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary case support for initial leadless implants, applying best practices, clinical data, and technical expertise
Collaborate with local sales teams to expand leadless therapy and transfer technical knowledge
Support EMEA physician training programs through hands-on facilitation in partnership with the EMEA education team
Build trusted relationships with physician implanters through demonstrated technical and clinical acumen
Organize and deliver local education and training activities, including simulated procedures and troubleshooting
Assist in certifying local Abbott personnel
Manage administrative tasks such as case tracking and monitoring physician training progress
Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance customer experience
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering, or equivalent experience
Clinical experience with medical devices, ideally with Cardiac Rhythm Management products
Comfortable working in medical environments including labs and hospitals
Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex devices
Proven ability to lead and influence customers confidently
Experience with medical simulators (e.g. Mentice, CAE Healthcare), professional training, and/or sales experience is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
Willingness to travel extensively within Austria and the EMEA region

Minimum annual gross salary of €62,000 (full-time basis); actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications
