The Lead Technical Product Owner plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of product development. This opportunity allows the individual to influence cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and deliver impactful AI solutions. As a recognized expert, the Lead TPO contributes to our mission by translating complex business needs into technical roadmaps, while mentoring others and navigating ambiguity. This strategic role contributes directly to our mission of accelerating digital transformation through intelligent automation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the product strategy planning, and delivery of AI solutions while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Defines product goals, owns backlog, and ensures that each product delivers the maximum value to the user.
- Leads the ideation, design, and planning the product by creating a product roadmap and vision.
- Defines roadmaps and detailed user stories, and partners with Scrum Masters to enable delivery of prioritized features.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align product goals with business objectives, uncover pain points and opportunities to accelerate the delivery of new value through AI solutions.
- Works with various technical teams to define and prioritize features that leverage AI capabilities.
- Mitigates roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for low-code platforms
- Mentor and guide junior product owners and scrum teams.
- Drive innovation through continuous improvement and technical exploration.
- Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality AI solutions.
- Work Setup: Hybrid, Amenable to work in QC on a mid-shift schedule or according to business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in technical product ownership or product management.
- 5+ years in Agile environments with leadership responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technology solutions.
- Proven ability to translate strategic business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
- Ability to experiments with emerging technologies, understand how they will impact what comes next, and provides insights into product, technology and market trends.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Exposure to artificial intelligence tools and platforms (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform).
