AT&T Business is looking for a skilled Product Manager supporting the Product Organization to lead the end-to-end creation and deployment of GenAI Agents and agent teams. As the Epic Owner and Pod Development Lead, you will be the linchpin ensuring smooth integration of AI Agents into business processes and accountable for realizing their full value.
This role offers the exciting opportunity to shape AI-driven transformation by owning product vision, managing cross-functional collaboration, and championing customer-centric delivery. You will work closely with diverse teams across business, technology, UX, and product management to accelerate the AI Agent journey for AT&T Business, specifically supporting Product Agentic Use Cases.
What You’ll Do
Own End-to-End Agent Creation & Delivery:
Lead the full lifecycle of AI Agents and agent teams, from user stories through development, integration, and value realization
Ensure Seamless Business Integration:
Collaborate with stakeholders to embed AI Agents smoothly into existing business workflows, maximizing adoption and impact.
Accountable for Business Value:
Drive measurable outcomes by monitoring agent performance, iterating based on feedback, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Roadmap Planning & Stakeholder Engagement:
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams including business units, architects, UX designers, and other product managers.
Product Development & Requirements Management:
Detail clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate trade-off discussions to balance scope, quality, and timelines.
Customer-Centric Product Stewardship:
Act as the voice of the business, ensuring solutions are viable, high quality, and aligned to business objectives.
Sprint Planning & Subject Matter Expertise:
Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products or product lines, guiding teams toward successful delivery.

Our Lead Tech Product Manager - Agentic Solutions, earns between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
