About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer


In this role, you will:

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain
  • Work with technology and business teams to design, build and implement APIs/ SDK/ Developer Portal
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Develop reusable components to improve efficiencies


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Hands on Experience on React JS, Redux/state management, JavaScript and good to have work experience on MFE 
  • Core Java/.Net, J2EE, Object Oriented development, Design Patterns
  • Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate
  • Hands on RESTful APIs, Microservices, Containerization
  • Unit Testing (JUnit, PowerMock), BDD (optional)
  • CI/CD (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins)
  • MongoDB (NoSQL), Oracle/MS SQL (RDBMS)
  • Experience with APIGEE or similar API management platforms and BDD

  • Good to have AI/GenAI concepts

  • Strong Leadership skills to play lead role in developer portal.
