As Lead Recruiter for Analytics, you’ll shape and execute Bolt’s global hiring strategy across our Analytics and Data functions, partnering with senior business leaders to align recruitment with growth priorities. You’ll drive hiring for senior and business-critical analytical roles across multiple markets, ensuring we attract and secure exceptional talent in highly competitive environments. Leveraging data, you’ll optimise recruitment processes, mentor and support the TA team, and focus on productivity, efficiency, DEI, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

• <point>Use data and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-led hiring decisions.</point>
• <point>Mentor and support recruiters, promoting consistency, interviewer enablement, and recruitment excellence.</point>

• <point>You’re data-driven and analytical - comfortable using recruitment metrics to guide strategy, performance, and process improvement.</point>

• <point>You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.</point>
• <point>Experience in tech, data, or analytics recruitment is a strong advantage.</point>
