This position involves overseeing complex technology implementation projects, specifically focusing on AI and contact center solutions. The Lead Project Manager is expected to balance technical understanding with financial management, client interaction, and detailed project oversight within a structured PMO environment.

Responsibilities:

Understand and leverage technology solutions to meet client business objectives.
Manage projects involving AI, GenAI, contact center solutions (CCaaS), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots.
Handle project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Communicate effectively with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.
Serve as the overall project lead for successful project completion.
Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring prioritization and alignment across various groups.
Maintain accuracy and quality in project deliverables and processes.
Adhere to Project Management Office standards and methodologies for consistent project management practices.

Qualifications:

English proficiency: Verbal C2.
Experience in project management life cycle, waterfall model, and strategic planning.
Familiarity with Budgeting, Change Management, Client Engagement, Finance, and Communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Office 365.
Ability to manage cloud contact center operations and implementations, particularly with AWS.
Proficiency in Agile Methodology, AI Concepts, and Generative AI (Nice to Have).
