We are seeking a Lead Product Owner who is fundamentally strong in product documentation, handling multiple products, and ensuring that the product backlog is well-prepared in advance for upcoming sprints. This role requires a proactive leader with deep knowledge of Huron Enterprise systems such as Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
This individual works closely with the manager of internal and business communications to research, write and produce communications and plans that inform, engage and align employees around the company’s vision and objectives. This professional partners with the marketing team, executives, consultants, human resources, IT and other key business stakeholders with a keen eye on quality and deadlines.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of experience in product ownership, stakeholder management, and product documentation.
  • Proven ability to own and manage product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and sprint readiness.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, healthcare business processes, finance and accounting, and HR systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.

Preferences

  • Experience leading and mentoring Business Analysts and driving team performance.
  • Proven success in product documentation standards and maintaining comprehensive feature records.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Strong collaboration skills with development teams to ensure sprint execution and issue resolution.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or Scrum Master Certification.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and delivery timelines.
