We are seeking a full-time Lead Product Manager to join Spring Health’s New Venture team. This hybrid role (2–3 days per week in our NYC office) reports directly to the VP of Product, New Venture. There are no travel requirements.

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for a new mental health product within the Spring Health ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
  • Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
  • Develop and manage product requirements, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics
  • Partner with AI and data science teams to refine prompting systems and model behavior
  • Communicate progress, insights, and tradeoffs clearly to executive and cross-functional stakeholders

What success looks like:

  • You establish a clear, data-informed product vision aligned with Spring Health’s mission and the new venture’s strategic goals.
  • You build trust and alignment across engineering, design, clinical, and leadership teams through clear communication and reliable execution.
  • You deliver high-impact product launches on time, with measurable improvements in user engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • You identify and prioritize opportunities using data, user feedback, and clinical insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • You demonstrate strong judgment in balancing speed, experimentation, and safety in an AI-powered product environment.
  • You contribute to a healthy, collaborative team culture that values curiosity, accountability, and empathy.

What you’ll bring: 

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of product lifecycle
  • Proven experience with AI products, including working knowledge of prompting, model evaluation, or generative AI use cases
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Located in or commutable to New York City for hybrid in-office collaboration

The target base salary range for this position is $194,080 -$242,600, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
