Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Laboratory Setting, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

Lead Operator - Perth

Shift Pattern:

2 weeks of 6am - 2.30 pm Monday to Friday

2 weeks of 1.30 pm - 10 pm Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of operators in daily manufacturing operations.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Monitor and optimize production processes to achieve flawless performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement process improvements.
Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and reports on production metrics and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing or similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of safety and quality protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional certifications or training in manufacturing are a plus.
