StaffThe Lead Operational Analyst is responsible for leading and managing the Technology Services business activities to ensure effective acquisition of goods and services for Dallas College technology needs. Reporting to the Executive Managing Director – Technology Services, this role requires an individual with procurement, contracts and project management experience to support the college’s operations and strategic goals.
· Extensive knowledge of procure to pay principles, practices and regulations in support of technology services.
· Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with ability to develop and implement technology procurement strategies.
· Analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
· Ability to work independently and use reason and judgment to produce accurate and reliable results.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Excellent knowledge and experience in providing effective customer service.

• Associate Degree plus 6+ years of similar work experience or High School Diploma with 9+ years of similar work experience.
• Official transcripts will be required.
• Experience with Workday Procurement Software a plus.
• Must possess a current and valid Texas driver’s license.
• Work hours may extend beyond the regular, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. workday, including weekends and holidays to provide immediate support when needed.

· Oversee the procurement process for Technology Services, ensuring adherence to college, state and federal regulations.
· Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational objectives and budget constraints.
· Oversee Technology Services invoice payments by coordinating timely and accurate submissions and resolving discrepancies.
· Oversees Dallas College hotspot accounts for students and employees.
· Analyze Technology Services procurement data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
· Oversee team assignments for accuracy and completeness.
· Communicate Technology Services procurement procedures and policies to relevant departments and ensure understanding and compliance.
· Review Technology Services related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
· Oversee ServiceNow requests assigned to Technology Services department.
· Cover for Executive Managing Director in their absence.
· On site office-based role with occasional travel to other Dallas College sites.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
