Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Lead Multimedia Producer supports QVC and HSN, and is responsible for omnichannel content creation including pitching, pre-production, studio production and content delivery surrounding each of QVC Group's channels, on every platform. You will also help create processes and production strategies for omnichannel content, including seasonal campaigns, short-form and social content, streaming static series and more. You will create content that is innovative, modern, and is measurable by sessions, viewership, and new customers.
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. There will be occasional flexibility to work remotely, as well.
- We may require you to travel up to 30% of the time.
What You'll Do
- You will lead productions for QVC, HSN and streaming from start to finish, including traveling for on-location shoots, on a number of events and shows for QVC Groups projects of all size and scope. This may include creating and communicating a look and feel for the production, booking talent and influencers, and working alongside our partner teams (Brand Marketing, Social, Streaming) to help define what an omnichannel can mean.
- You will create content from earliest stages to final stages: from pre-production meetings and production books through to post (if not editing, overseeing the edit). This can range from seasonal campaigns to celebrity behind the scenes to sizzle reels.
- You will understand the brand strategies of QVC, HSN and QVC+/HSN+ and be able to pitch ideas that differentiate these brands. You understand each customer and make content that is relevant, modern, and speaks to the needs of the brands.
- You will foster the talent of the Omnichannel Content team, serving as coach and mentor for producers and Associate Producers. You will bring talent on shoots to help them learn and develop skills. You will be a safe space to ask questions and learn.
- You will know and understand the KPI's of each project, crafting each project in a way to help meet these goals. You will conduct follow-up meetings to make sure these goals are met (and if not, drive change in the way we work)
- You will partner with necessary stakeholders, including programming, planning, merchandising, customer insights, broadcast development and content production to ensure efficient, well communicated projects and productions.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Television/Media Production, Communications or a related field, or directly related skills and experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in television/media production or related field.
- A strong working knowledge of live studio environments.
- Expert level skills in Premier, Adobe, and with AI tools.
